Gorgeous Blanc de Noir Champagne from the1st certified Biodynamic
grower in the region! Fleury is a 4th-generation family winery situated around the village of Courteron, with 15 ha of vineyards on the chalky clay slopes of the Côte des Bar in southern Champagne.  They have been pioneers in biodynamic Champagnes for the last 40 years, and is the first (and now largest) biodynamic Champagne producer.  This is unique in the region, as is the fact that they make their wines with as little intervention as possible, including no sulfur at bottling on some cuvées.

This is a real-deal Champagne from Courteron, a village in the Aube
department of Champagne, closer to Chablis than the city of Reims.
While it is non-vintage, the base is 2015/16 vintages, and the assemblage of several Pinot Noir vines from different years results in
a very expressive and intense Champagne.  Elegant, bone dry, and
fresh, it this elegant and long-lasting Champagne is classic, smooth
and delicate.  The dosage is very low--its one of the driest
Champagnes we've tasted--with a gorgeous black-cherry-fruit quality
that reminds us that it is all Pinot!
