Shipping policy

Rock Juice ships in accordance to all state alcohol laws via Fed Ex outside of California and a split between GSO and Fed Ex in California.  Due to the restrictions imposed by several state laws, Rock Juice may only ship wine to those states where were our warehouse holds a permit to ship consumer shipments.

At the present time, we CANNOT ship to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, and Wisconsin.

Because of the frequently changing wine shipping laws and regulations, the list of states that we ship to may change at any time.  If a buyer lives in a state where the direct shipment of wine may violate the law, we will contact the buyer to discuss shipping options, which may include provision of an alternative shipping address in a state where the direct shipment of wines to consumers is permitted.

California Subscriptions -- FREE! Shipping is included!

Most of the US Subscriptions -- Flat delivery rate of $25 (12 bottles or less)

BOTTLE SHOP ORDERS:

California Bottle shop orders -- Flat delivery rate of $25 (12 bottles or less)

Most of the US Bottle shop orders -- 3 bottles=$30, 6 bottles=$40, 12 bottles=$50

STATES WITH SPECIAL RATES:

Alaska and Hawaii:  3 bottles=$135, 6 bottles=$190, 12 bottles=$275

Vermont:  3 bottles=$40, 6 bottles=$60, 12 bottles=$100
