Vineyard/Cellar Stats: Organic farming (in 3rd year of certification process), biodynamic practicing; 40+ year old vines on flint-rich silex soils; base wine is mostly ‘19 vintage; juice goes through ML then spends 2 years on the lees, 8% neutral barrel aged with 2g dosage; minimal added So2; 12% ABV
