Vineyard/Cellar Stats: Organic/biodynamic farming; each varietal was fermented separately then direct pressed and fermented/aged in stainless steel tanks for 7 months on fine lees; bottled unfined/gently filtered (vegan) with minimal SO2; 12.5% ABV
