Grapes: 80% Grenache, 20% Moscatel
Vineyard/Cellar Stats: Organic, dry farming; fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel (50% whole cluster / 50% crushed), the juice underwent 10–14 days of skin contact, then moved into neutral oak to complete fermentation and rest for 5 months. Bottled unfiltered, with no added SO₂; zero-zero; 12% ABV
