Grape: Chardonnay

Vineyard/cellar stats: Organic farming; direct press of grapes from all 3 vineyards, fermented together in a mix of 1000L German Oak Fuders, and 225L barriques; bottled unfined/unfiltered with minimal added SO2; 11.9% ABV

• The origin story, from the winery:  "We sourced grapes from three different Central Coast Chenin Blanc vineyards  Chalone, Jurassic Park, and Shell Creek. All three of these vineyards are harvested and brought to the winery to be pressed immediately before fermenting with spontaneous yeast. Fermented in a mix of 1000L German Oak Fuders, and 225L barriques. This old vine cuvee is a true snapshot of a lost era of California Viticulture."
