Vineyard/Cellar Stats: Biodynamic farming; 40 year old vines on deep granitic soils; 90% of the grapes get a 4 week maceration with 10% whole clusters + chestnut flowers (a natural stabilizer) in stainless steel, then blended w/ remaining 10% of grapes that get an 8-week maceration in amphora; bottled unfined/unfiltered with zero added SO2; zero-zero; 11.5% ABV

• Biodynamic skin-contact Loureiro from Portugal
• Macerated with chestnut flowers -- a natural antioxidant that negates the need for added S02 to preserve the wine!
• A pretty orange wine, with wildflower, citrus, melon, apricot and salt
• Aromatic, with soft, not grippy, tannins
• Like apricot infused jasmine tea
