Region: Sierra Foothills & San Joaquin Co. < CA

Grapes: Pinot Gris, Riesling, Verdejo, Muscat Canelli, Albariño, Sauv Blanc, Chenin + 3% Torrontés, Verdelho, & Alvarinho

Vineyard/Cellar Stats: Organic/biodynamic farming; each varietal was fermented separately ◦ Riesling, Alvarinho, and Verdelho were direct-pressed ◦ Torrontes was foot-treaded and macerated for 24 hrs ◦ All other varieties were de-stemmed and fermented on skins for 1-2 weeks • Aged in neutral oak and tank for 7 months; bottled unfined/unfiltered with minimal SO2; 10.2% ABV
