More about Pulpe Fiction
After years of longing for a Muscadet that aligned with the principles of natural winemaking without success, the Pulpe Fiction team collaborated with their friends Nicolas Reau, Lise, and Bertrand Jousset, esteemed winegrowers known for their unwavering integrity and expertise, to bring this fictional Muscadet to life.
Lise, Bertrand, and Nicolas initiated the search for organic farmers to join the venture, eventually partnering with Antoine and Philippe Delaunay. These skilled farmers, practicing organic cultivation since 2011, are dedicated to biodiversity in their vineyards. Situated in Vertou, near Nantes, they tend to 25 hectares of Melon de Bourgogne. After careful examination of the vineyards and the diverse terroirs present, they specifically chose parcels on decomposed granite soils to craft a refined Muscadet.
