Vineyard/Cellar Stats: Certified organic farming with biodynamic practices; marly-calcareous soils interspersed with basaltic and volcanic layers; grapes are hand-picked, then fermented and aged 10 months in steel tanks; 2 months in bottle; unfined/unfiltered with <20ppm SO2; 11.5% ABV
