Grapes: 51% Grenache, 34% Counoise, 15% Syrah

Vineyard/Cellar Stats: Organic farming, ECOCERT certified; sandy, shallow soils; Low alcohol counoise is co-fermented with grenache and cinsault. Semi-carbonic maceration in cement tank at low temperatures during a period of 5 days. Aged in cement tank for 8 months in underground cellar.  Bottled, unfined/unfiltered, with no added SO2; zero-zero; 13.5%
