Grape: 100% Merlot

Vineyard/cellar stats: organic farming; destemmed, daily pumpovers for 20 days on the skins. Aged in a combination of 500L Puncheons and neutral barrels. The wine fermented over 18 months. After it finally finished, it was racked to tank; bottled unfined/unfiltered w/ 10 ppm SO2 added; 13.6% ABV
