2023 All Hours Orange

Region: Mendocino County < CA

Grape: 50% Chardonnay, 25% Chenin Blanc, 10% Viognier, 10% Vermentino, 5% Roussanne

Vineyard/cellar stats: Practicing organic farming; aged for 18 months in a combination of foudres, stainless tanks, neutral barrels & puncheons. All of the lots were destemmed and spent between 1 - 3 weeks on the skins. The lots were fermented and aged separately and racked together; bottled unfined/unfiltered w/15 ppm SO2; 11% ABV
