Vinyard/Cellar Stats: Biodynamic farming (certified) on vineyard that's an old creek bed; Destemmed fruit spent five days cold soaked with skin contact before being pressed into foudre and old barrique for six months; bottled without fining or filtration and a touch of SO2.

• An homage to Jura where Savagnin is Queen, albeit a lighter, less nutty, more playful Aussie Savagnin that sees 5 days of skin contact
• Juicy and salty, dripping with stone fruit and passion fruit 
• Saline, mineral complexity and nutty undertones dance like a ballerina on a stage of tropical fruit
• Edgy and delicious with a barely concealed wild streak and high refreshment factor
