Marjorie Gallet and her husband Stephane run the Roc des Anges estate in the Roussillon, growing it from 10 hectares to 25 now, all certified organic. They work the land from a terroir-driven perspective, looking to translate the unique soil and climate of their biodiverse haven in France's southeast. This gorgeous little white leaps from the glass with flowers and juicy melons. Zippy and fresh on the palate, with crisp, lively acidity balanced by ripe, generous orchard fruit fruit flavors and a long, clean finish punctuated with seawater mineral grip and fresh fruit acidity. Killer food wine, with something for everyone here.
