Vineyard/Cellar Stats: Organic farming across multiple vineyards in the Willamette Valley, mix of soil types but heavy granite/volcanic origin. A bunch of micro-ferments, 50% whole cluster, some carbonic, blended together in mostly neutral oak, with 15% new oak; bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal added SO2; 13% ABV
