2021 Division 'Un' Pinot Noir

Grapes: Pinot Noir

Vineyard/Cellar Stats: Organic farming across multiple vineyards in the Willamette Valley, mix of soil types but heavy granite/volcanic origin. A bunch of micro-ferments, 50% whole cluster, some carbonic, blended together in mostly neutral oak, with 15% new oak; bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal added SO2; 13% ABV

• Woman winemaker and co-owner -- Kate Norris -- with her partner Tom
• Cool climate, elegant, fresh Pinot style
• A blended cuveé meant to showcase the terroir of the Willamette Valley, comprised of a bunch of microferments from vineyards on the whole range of Valley soil types = the sum is greater than the parts (and the parts are good!)

• Blue and purple fruit with deep, spicy, earthy undertones and layers of heavenly scents (sandalwood + rose petals!)
