Vineyard/Cellar Stats: Demeter-certified biodynamic farming at Johan, Momtazi, vineyards; 30% of the grapes are fermented whole-cluster; the balance is destemmed.  Bottled, unfined and unfiltered, with minimal added SO2; 13% ABV

• Certified biodynamic fruit from Willamette Valley's famously pristine Momtazi + Johan vineyards
• A Pinot for Peter Rabbit, with a bushel of briary boysenberry, black cherry and blueberry pie dusted with cocoa powder
• Lush and silky with mineral undertones, like summer in a pine forest
• Grippy tannins so decanting might be nice, as would a slight chill
• A portion of the profits go to organizations that promote ocean restoration
• Legs for aging but so enjoyable now
