Winemaker: Andreas Ziniel
Weingut Ziniel is a family operation in the Burgenland region, located next door to their besties, the Meinklang clan (Austria's OG biodynamic estate), with whom they regularly collaborate. They farm 16 hectares organically, with bioD practices and loads of biodiversity, at the lowest point in Austria. For some insight into their mindset, they say they are, “completely at peace in the centre of the universe”.
Fine and layered, this Pinot Blanc is bone-dry, racy and elegant, with crisp fall apple and tart nectarine mingling with chalky stones. Clean, classic and food-friendly, this is the natural wine you can bring home to mom.
