Vineyard/Cellar Stats: Biodynamic farming, direct pressing for some grapes, maceration for a few days for others, spontaneous fermentation in wood and steel then aged 10 months in barrel; bottled unfined/unfiltered with minimal added SO2; 12% ABV
- A blend of all the biodynamic estate's white grapes
- An elegant white blend with a French flair, recalling Loire or Burgundy
- Mineral and textural, with bones for aging thanks to some time in neutral wood
- Bright and sunny with aromatic yellow fruit and a rocky edge
