Vineyard/Cellar Stats: Certified organic farming; 30 year old vines; sandy soils of amphibolite rock; harvesting by hand with a sorting of the grapes; fermentation with indigenous yeasts; 15-24 months aging in an underground tank; 12% ABV; 500 cases
