About Kristinus
Kristinus produces really exciting natural wines and biodynamic wines in Hungary and are pioneers in the region around Lake Balaton. Kristinus is led by the winemaker Florian Zaruba, who grew up in Munich and followed the path of passion, curiosity and openness. To grow high-quality grapes from day one and produce exceptional wines in a biodynamic way.
In the words of Kristinus:  We are convinced that the best grapes come from biodynamically cultivated and therefore healthy and lively soils and that the wine must be made with intuition and passion.

SOIL, MOON, SUN AND STARS
In every aspect of the winery's life, we strive to leave the smallest possible ecological footprint and to work as part of nature. That's why we put sustainability at the heart of every decision we make, even when it comes to small details like the weight of bottles, renewable energy, home-baked sourdough bread or even the disposal of single-use plastic.
