• Name translates to "Hi Nuria” in Catalan -- James made it in homage to his friend Nuria (wine-maker + somm at the infamous Bar Brutal in Barcelona) who loves (and makes) Muscat pet-nat
• A blend of Verdehlo with a squeeze of Muscat left to do its fizzy thing in the bottle, ancestral style
