Vineyard/Cellar Stats: Biodynamic farming, clay/limestone soils; made in the ancestral method for sparkling wine: first fermentation in stainless vats, second fermentation in bottle, crown capped to trap the natural bubbles; undisgorged with no added So2; zero-zero; 12% ABV

• Woman winemaker + owner: Sylvia Giani (daughter in law of Stefanago) -  on skins,
• Her father grew grapes and made wine for family use, teaching Silvia the basics of biodiversity and biodynamics. The interest in wine grew into a passion and in 2010 Silvia began her own project.
