Vineyard/Cellar Stats: Certified organic + biodynamic farming; single parcel of .5ha, planted in 1950 on stony, alluvial soils at 220msl. Semi-carbonic cold fermentation with native yeasts and whole clusters in concrete tanks. (Grapes are refrigerated and left to macerate in concrete tanks.) Aged in neutral oak barrels (7-10 years old) for a few months, then bottled, unfined/unfiltered, with no added So2; zero-zero; 12%ABV
