From the oldest estate in Barolo, and still old school in style, this wine is not trying to be a baby Barolo. It’s the summery Nebbiolo, meant to drink now and show the lighter, more feminine side of this noble grape. But make no mistake, she has those Nebbiolo tannins, easily tamed with some meat or grilled eggplant, but also loads of pretty, soft red fruits with spice and raspberry. The perfect, all-purpose summer red!
