Sindyanna of Galilee Barne’a Extra Virgin Olive Oil 'Extra Hopeful'

A very special add-on to our winter collection, Sindyanna of Galilee's 'Extra Hopeful' Extra Virgin Olive Oil, made of 100% Barne'a, an olive cultivar native to Israel and better suited for the climate than other European cultivars.  This vibrant green oil is pleasantly bitter and spicy, with the perfect balance of herbal and peppery notes. Sindyanna of Galilee is an Arab and Jewish women-led collaborative that is creating a model for cross-cultural collaboration while also creating jobs for women on both sides of the divide. We couldn't be more excited for this delicious wintery olive oil, or more proud to support this non-profit working to create social justice from the ground up in Israel/Palestine!
