2021 Raft x Rock Juice 'Aprés Glou' Refosco

Region: El Dorado AVA < CA

Grape: Refosco

Vineyard/Cellar Stats: Organic farming at Saureel Vineyards in Placerville.  Grapes were hand-picked and foot crushed whole cluster then left to rest for three days. Pressed just as grapes started to ferment, then left to finish fermentation in tank and aged in neutral oak barrels.  Bottled unfined/unfiltered with 25ppm added S02; 11.5% ABV; 50 cases
