Rosé gets a bad rap. People mistakenly think it’s frothy, light and maybe sweet, suitable only for picnics, porch pounding, and warm weather. We’d love to change your mind with this trio of pink wines that run rosy-hued gamut, from the cantaloupe-colored day-drinkers to the bright fuschia siren that drinks more like baby reds, with texture, tannin, and structure. These are all serious wines that deserve space on the dinner table (although they’re quite delicious solo as well, just not in a Solo cup please).
