Vineyard/cellar stats: From 50 year old, dry-farmed vines; whole
cluster, carbonic maceration for 2 weeks, then pressed into stainless
and racked once to blend following primary fermentation. After 4
months in stainless, the finished wine is bottled, unfined,
unfiltered, with zero added SO2; 414 cases; 12.3% ABV

It’s a little deeper and more structured than the average glou glou, but still super quaffable and sprightly, with a taste of that classic Zin spice without the weight or high alcohol. Alex says: “Two weeks of carbo result in pure glou glou juice. It's our version of a nouveau. Super easy, super crushable. Light enough to take a chill, but still has enough body to drink with your favorite pizza.” We say, put a little chill on your bottle and drink with abandon -- it’ll have you bouncing into outer space. Also makes a great turkey wine!
