Sparkling Reds

Bubbles in your red wine?  Why yes, this is a thing – and a very delicious one at that.  In some regions, this style has deep roots, and can be seriously expressive, full of character and acidity to tame the fat in the local food (hello, Lambrusco + salumi!)  With this mix you’ll try 3 small-production gems, ranging from ruby red to inky purple with bubbles running the gamut, from barely-there to palate scrubbing. Serve slightly chilled, with a spread of cheese and meats, or pizza — always a good partner with sparkling reds!
