Aperitivo Starter Kit

Over summers in Italy, we've become diehard aperitivo fans, so we feel it is our duty to share this Italian pre-game tradition with you, our friends, so that you too can up your holiday entertaining game.  In this starter kit, we include 2 wine-based spirits made to the same standards as Rock Juice wines, with organic/biodynamic base wine infused with wild botanicals but without the additives or artificial coloring rife in conventional spirits.  Both are tasty enough to drink on their own or over ice, but we love them with a squeeze of lemon + some dry bubbles (like the Prosecco Col Fondo included here), or just with sparkling water.

These make easy breezy cocktails that will take the stress out of your holiday planning, and add some fashion to your fête.
