A new project from Manu Landron, son of the legendary Muscadet producer Jo Landron, and Manu’s wife Marion. In 2012, Jo gave Manu about 1 hectare of his biodynamically farmed vineyards to help him kick start Complémen’Terre. This is clean, classic Muscadet: delicate, with a floral note, and a crisp, dry mineral finish. Beyond perfect with oysters, or any dish where a splash of lemon would be welcome. Super light, bright and low alcohol, making it an excellent day drinker. Watch out for these guys, they are the next generation of serious Muscadet producers!
